Update Notes (on Dec 16, 2009)
Here’s the second installment of my trading tips. Again it is for Essence and Sinq Laison.
On the reprocessing side you should be careful with the very low margin, high turnover items (like the 425mm rail) which look nice on paper but tend to get their margin quickly eaten up by competition.
Looking at the traderoute recommendations I would suggest a careful approach with the tags and datacores. Both markets offer nice opportunities for profit, but tend to have very sporadic turnovers. Especially the starship engineering datacores tend to sell in big lumps with little activity in between. This can tie up your isk if you hit the market at a bad time.
Reprocessing
The reprocessing tip gives you the top items to buy with buy orders and then reprocess for minerals in Essence. It is surprising how many items are sold below their mineral value giving you a really easy profit opportunity.
